Encarregado de Obra (Site Foreman)
About the role
Coordinate and manage teams with strong communication. Identify and manage resource needs. Ensure project goals are met. Control and/or carry out site measurements, ensuring proper execution. Manage the construction site. Control quality and quantity of work by in-house teams and subcontractors. Ensure Quality and Safety rules are followed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in civil construction
- Solid knowledge of different construction areas, materials, and techniques
- Dynamic profile, rigorous, honest, and reliable
- Leadership spirit, autonomy, and strong planning/organizational skills
