Growth Marketing Manager
About the role
Nord Security's B2B team is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own customer acquisition end-to-end — from strategy and execution to team leadership. Responsibilities include owning acquisition performance across paid media, partnerships, and other channels; managing budget, optimization, and reporting for campaigns; driving demand generation and testing new growth strategies; managing and coaching a team of specialists; and collaborating with Sales, Web, UX, and copywriting teams on high-performing campaigns.
Requirements
- 4+ years in growth/performance marketing, ideally SaaS or B2B
- Proven track record in user acquisition, with understanding of retention and LTV
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Hands-on expertise in Paid Media, SEO, or Affiliate/Partnerships
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
