IT Systems Operator
About the role
The bank is looking for an IT Systems Operator to support its Core Banking System administration. Responsibilities include running application processes, handling ancillary banking systems administration tasks related to the Core Banking System, ensuring timely availability of the Banking System to branches and departments, and generating reports and statements.
Requirements
- MQF Level 4 qualification in Information Technology or a related professional/technical qualification
- Strong analytical skills, teamwork, and determination
- Ability to work after business hours on a shift basis
- Good communication skills, particularly spoken and written English
- Experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
